"Mine was replaced this week for the same problem. No warranty - still free. It was repaired, not switched to a new one. Awesome after market service."
"Mine was replaced with the exact same problem without any questions even after more than two years. Bought it in the US and couldn't claim the five year "guarantee" we have in Norway, but there were no questions from Polar whatsoever."
Che dire? La Polar globale ha un atteggiamento molto corretto e totalmente a favore dei propri clienti. Invece capita a volte che i vari servizi d'assistenza sparsi nel globo non siano altrettanto efficienti (ma lo diventano se... "lievemente" stuzzicati dalla casa madre!!!).
