Dal loro sito:
As introduced last year, a Spartathlon volunteer following the race will be posting updates and photos through this page whenever possible, to share the excitement and fun with you all that are unable to attend.
Please note the following:
-This one person can only have a limited (and occasionaly perhaps incorrect) perspective of what is going on the whole active part of the route. What is posted should not be considered necessarily accurate information.
-Add to the previous point that the volunteer will be posting through a cell phone, while being most of the time busy serving (and enjoying) the race and route. For these reasons, it will be difficult to check for and read questions and even more difficult to type answers. However he will do his best to answer any questions, provided they are questions of general interest. Please avoid asking questions about the status of a specific runner.
-You can track the progress of your runner through the official live results page of the Spartathlon website:
http://www.spartathlon.gr/en/participants.html .
Please remeber: results are updated live ONLY at CPs 22, 35, 47, 52, 60, 69, 75 (finish) . That means if you see your runner's arrival time at let's say CP 22, don't worry if then, after a reasonable amount of time, you don't see his / her name at the next CPs (23, 24 and so on). You will see again his / her name and arrival time ONLY at the next CP BROACASTING LIVE RESULTS (CP 35 in this example). News may be bad for your runner only if after a reasonable amount of time you don't see his / her arrival time at this CP.
