domanda del giorno: ma come imposto sul V800 un recupero passivo, cioè da fermo? e questo recupero passivo andrà ad influire parecchio sl running index, essendo comunque una fase in cui non si corre?

Premesso che devi, se impostata, togliere la pausa automatica, puoi farlo creando un obiettivo a fasi a fasi in cui, per il recupero da fermo, inserisci una fase di n minuti libera, cioè senza indicazione nè di zona cardio nè di zona di ritmo da tenere (si può fare) ..... certo il Running Index ne risente e come .....

Altra esperienza ultra positiva con Polar (il caso era: V800 con garanzia scaduta, servizio locale che spara cifre altissime e... utente ormai deluso):
"Last week I got the following answer from Polar after they asked for my watch's serial number: "All devices with the serial number starting with C440... or smaller, should definitely be covered under warranty for this issue and should be handled by Hungarian Polar as such case." ... "you can provide them with this conversation. The warranty for this issue has been extended 1 year for devices with the serial number C440... or smaller."
So today I tried again to fix this issue with local Polar Hungary service center. The guy told me again, that this issue is not under warranty any more, but after I showed him the conversation with Polar Global, he replaced the faulty V800 for a new V800 Black free of charge. Finally the story ended up happily "

Può essere che le direttive aziendali siano le stesse. E... facciano eccezioni solo quando trovano clienti insistenti!

Ciao a tutti, sono passato al galaxy S8 plus, e non riesco più ad associare il V800.
È già successo a qualcuno?

"this is a known issue with V800, Flow app Android and Samsung Galaxy S8 combo now, I'm afraid. We are looking into the issue now and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.​"
e ancora:
"Not the exact ETA to share yet but the next V800 update will include other fixes, too. And perhaps new features" (quest'ultimo messaggio è di ieri)
